You agree not to:

●        Use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation.

●        Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected systems.

●        Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful material.

●        Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the site without our permission.

●        Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any organisation when contacting us.

4. The Contact Form

Information you submit through the contact form is used to respond to your enquiry, in line with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive personal information (such as health information or details of a safeguarding concern) through the general contact form; contact us directly by email marked for the attention of the Company Safeguarding Lead for anything of that nature.

5. No Warranty

This site is provided “as is.” While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely free of viruses. Statistics, research findings, and evidence referenced on this site (including in the Apparo Readiness Report) are drawn from named third-party sources as cited; we are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data itself, only for representing it fairly.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
